Public Transportation to the Penthouse

The penthouse is located right at the end bus stop, Tenao for nr 12 and nr.13 Beausoleil zest buses.

Or you have buses 18 & 24 bus stopp Les Terrasses, it is a 150 m walk from the penthouse.

On the bus you can pay by card, 1.8€/person

Just a Heads-up: Buses stop operating quite early in the evenings.

You can also book an Uber, Bolt or Taxi Monaco from the Penthouse to Monaco or elsewhere. Just note that you can not get picked up by Uber or Bolt in Monaco. If you still want to use their services, just walk to Beausoleil and there you can get picked up. 

The quickest way to get a Taxi is often to ask the restaurant to call one for you


10 min walk to Monaco from the Penthouse

Enjoy a beautiful view and walk directly down to Monaco.

Exit the penthouse building and follow the road down. After 100m you will see stairs on your right side. They will bring you all the way down to the Larvotto beach in Monaco or to the Monte Carlo country club. 

At the beach, there is also a free outdoor gym and in general a beautiful place to start the day with yoga or a swim.

Don’t forget, Monaco mobile data is not within European roaming. So extra charges may apply in Monaco. 

For longer stays and need of mobile data in Monaco, we recommend a prepaid Orange SIM card, French phone numbers don’t roam when in Monaco.

Transportation in Monaco, we recommend the Monabike, the Monaco bus or just enjoy to walk around. There is several public elevators to make the walk easier.

Our Restaurant recommendation

  • Maya Mia Casual Italian restaurant, with very nice dishes. Do you like burrata pizza, this is your place.
  • Le Note Blue Beach restaurant with great vibe.
  • Cantinetta Antinori Our favourite for an aperitivo and live music. They have live music every day from around 19:00. The restaurant offers a great selection of Italian cuisine and don’t forget to try their Pistacchio Tiramisu.

When dining, shopping (except grocery stores) in Monaco we highly recommend to use the Carlo app. You get a 5% cashback and takes 2 min to setup the app.

Take the elevator to 3rd floor. Exit the elevator walk left and it is the last door in the end of the corridor.

If you have a car with you, our parking is nr. 19 and you enter the garage on the left side of the building entrance, see parking picture here

It is not possible to charge an electric car at our parking

check in

Before check-in please advise us your planned arrival time. So we make sure to be ready to buzz you in.

We have a Self Check-In, we just need to open the main entrance for you from our phone.

One day prior to Check-In you will receive a message with the code for the keybox.

Enter the building by press the nr 301 on the intercom and we will buzz you in. Or if you prefer send us a message on +33 6 30 89 57 61 when you are outside our main entrance and we open for you.

Next to our apartment door 301 you find the keybox with the apartment key and garage opener, see picture here

Air Conditioner

The AC is two separate units from Mitsubishi Electric, one for the living room and one for the bedroom. It make it easy to add heating or air conditioning for each room.

Important, you can select the units to operate in either cooling or heating mode, not cooling and heating mode at the same time.

There is a remote control in each room, that makes a quick temperature adjustments simple. See here the remote control functions. 

Private Roof Terrace

To access our private roof terrace take the stairs next to our apartment door.  

There is a large box with all outdoor cushions, pillows, hammock etc. Please put everything back after use. To avoid it blows away, bird droppings or rain.

No Outdoor footwear

Our policy is no outdoor footwear indoors, to keep the floor and carpets welcoming for everyone. If you don’t bring your own indoor shoes/slippers we have some for our guests to use if the tiles feels cold. See here

Sofa bed

Here is a short video, how you open the sofa bed. The sheet is already on the mattress and the pillows and the cover is prepared in the storage under the chaise longue. 

The towels you find in the drawer in the bathroom. 

Washing Machine

Auto dose, means you don’t have to fill up any detergents. It is already done, and the machine auto dose itself

BRITA FILTER

We have a Brita carafe in the kitchen. To filter the tap water. So no need to buy water. Also when cooking we recommend to use the Brita filtered water

Coffee

We have three coffee options.

Filter brewer from Wilfa, for a longer coffee. 

For a simple and quick coffee we have a Senseo pod machine and a separate milk foamer. 

And you also find a French press, if you like that taste better!

TV with Netflix

65″ smart TV with Netflix. There is also a Google Chromecast if you prefer other streaming services

Blackout blinds

There is blackout blinders both in the bedroom and in the living room. It is the touch buttons behinds the sheer curtains. See here

Garbage room

Exit the elevator on 0 and open the door on your left side. Enter the garage and you see the garbage door, see here

Check OUt

When it is time to check out. We really appreciate if you put all dirty dish in the dishwasher or the sink. The rest we will take care of.

The keys just put back in the keybox and close it with a random code. 

If you have a car in our parking, you have to drive it out from the garage before you leave the garage opener in the keybox
